3-6"
Seedling Depth:
1/4"

28 days baby

When to Sow:
Plant in early spring as soon as you can work the soil. Broadcast seed and cover very lightly with soil or compost. A small patch (1- to 2-feet square) provides plenty of cress. Make succession plantings every 2 to 3 weeks until weather warms.
Harvest:
Harvesting of baby leaves can begin as soon as the true leaves appear. Snip off with a pair of scissors. In mild winter climates, it’s best to harvest during the cooler parts of the year. Plants growing in the heat of summer, or plants that have bolted (produced a flower stalk) may be too bitter too eat.
Special Features:
Twisted and savoyed textured leave with peppery taste. Very tolerant to bolting; multiple cuttings from a single planting.
Approx. seeds per package.
