When to Sow:
Direct seed as soon as soil can be worked. Sow every 3 weeks into fall for a continuous harvest.

Special Features:
Most Brassica greens are moderately hardy annuals that can be sown from early spring through midsummer. Baby mustard greens have bright green leaves with deep purple veins and the full size plants; burgundy leaves. Spiciness increases with maturity. Use full size leaves for stir-fry, soups and pickling. Commonly grown as baby leaf for salad mixes.
