| ¼ Cup | | Parley, Basil and Oregano |
| 1 tablespoon | | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 Tablespoon | | Grated lemon |
Herb Rub Fowl
| ¼ teaspoon | | Kosher Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | | black pepper |
| ¼ Cup | | Parley, Rosemary and Thyme |
| ¼ Cup | | Olive Oil |
| 2 Tablespoons | | fresh lemon juice and or orange juice |
| 1 Tablespoon | | grated lemon and or orange |
Dry Rub
Mix together the following dry ingredients Parsley, Thyme, Basil, Sage, Rosemary, Onion, Dried Wild Maine Blueberries and or Dried Cranberry, Cracked black pepper, orange peel.
